Last year, we found success in getting two parents to collaborate on our popcorn sales program, with one focusing on administration and warehousing and the other focused on the logistics of sale at Lowes.
** Mr. Ron Lindsay is this year's Popcorn Colonel (focused on administration and warehousing) and needs someone to focus on the Lowe's sales during September - October. Please contact Mr. Lindsay or Mr. Balla if you can help out in that role.
Mr. Lindsay is organizing BORs for any Scout that has completed their Scoutmaster Conference and all other requirements for their next rank advancement, so it can be recognized at the Aug. 22 Court of Honor. ** In order to get on the BOR schedule, please send Mr. Lindsay a request by email (see the Troop Roster)so he knows how many adults to request for the Boards.
I hope you all had a great summer! As we start to get ready for the start of scouting, there are a few things we need to take care of first: 1. All scouts who are going on the August camping trip and/or the CoH need to register through the troop website. 2. For the CoH occurring on the camp out, we need an emcee, and two color guards. email me if you can do this. 3. For any scout who is in need of community service hours, we need the trail and memorial garden at PGUMC cleaned up. You can do this at anytime. If you have any questions, just ask. Thanks, Jeremy
