Popcorn Show & Sell at Lowe's and Kroger

Posted on Oct 3 2016 - 8:58pm

The Troop Calendar now has all remaining dates listed for Popcorn Show & Sell at Lowe's and Kroger. Kroger is a new location for us this year and we have reserved the weekend of October 8th/9th and MWF for weeks of October 10th and 17th (except during Webelos invitational). Since Kroger only has a single Entrance/Exit we only need a minimum of 2 Scouts/Adults per night, however there is room for 4 Scouts/Adults on the Sign Up Genius.

Parent Volunteers Needed

Posted on Sep 3 2016 - 9:56am

A few critical Committee positions remain open, notably Webmaster and Quartermaster. Both positions are relatively low-key, but need a little bit of attention spread throughout the year.
** The Webmaster keeps the Troop calendar on the website, updates the roster and Patrol assignments when there are changes, and inputs the weekly announcements for the Sunday eblast newsletter. If you come to the weekly meetings and know how to type, this could be a great fit for you!
** The Quartermaster helps maintain the Troop's equipment in the shed and in the trailer and keeps a running inventory so our Treasurer can report to PGUMC.
See Stuart Blackburn if you're interested in either position.
